Original German Army Entrenching Shovel w Cover

Designed as a tri-fold shovel, it can be folded into three sections which can be freely positioned for different applications, or folded into its own rubberized compact carrying case.
It can be locked into place at 180 degrees to use as a shovel or or angled to use as a pick.
The shovel features 2 x serrated edges for sawing-like motions and slicing.
Includes a rubber olive drab carrying case, or “e-tool” pouch, made of heavy-duty, plasticized rubber, which protects the shovel when not in use and can be attached to a belt or MOLLE webbing with the 2 x ALICE clips included.
The included shovel covers vary - some are Original US Army issue and and are German.
